1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple members of the same household create separate accounts from the same device or IP address, cgd33 may treat them as duplicate accounts belonging to one individual and reserves the right to take appropriate action.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. Creating an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds. It is your responsibility to update your information as soon as possible if anything changes.

2.1 Login Security

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Eligible members who make their first deposit at cgd33 can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets. Winnings earned from the bonus will only be withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may not claim any bonus offer more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Attempting to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
• cgd33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• cgd33's decision shall be considered final in all matters relating to bonuses.

5.1 Bet Settlement

The outcome of all bets placed on the cgd33 platform is determined by the result of the relevant game engine or sports event. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or network disconnection, cgd33 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount.

5.2 Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cgd33 platform, and any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using cheats, bots, automated software, or any technological advantage
• Operating an account under another person's identity
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or other benefits
• Using cgd33 for money laundering or the flow of illegal funds
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other members
• Using cgd33's proprietary materials without permission
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

7.1 Closure by cgd33

cgd33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons. Illegally obtained funds may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

7.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to the cgd33 support team. Any eligible remaining funds (subject to wagering requirements) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, cgd33 may apply the relevant account maintenance policy after notifying the member concerned.
